Privacy
What we collect if you sign up, and what we don't ask for.
ahemcare.com is the home of ahem, with guides and email updates. This page describes the current practice. We don't sell personal information, and we don't run advertising pixels that receive health details.
If you join the list
The form asks for an email address. With it, we record:
- The address you submit.
- The consent text you saw, currently version 2026-10-24-posted: “Useful guides on hemorrhoid care, plus updates on what we're working on. Unsubscribe anytime.”
- The time of the request.
- A short source label, such as the homepage, plus a campaign name if the link you used included one.
After a successful signup, we may ask what you would most like to see improved. The choices are application, mess, cleaning, prevention, or prefer not to say. You can skip it. We don't ask you to describe symptoms, and there is no free-text medical history.
That follow-up answer is stored only when the extra contact fields are turned on. It is not put in the subject line of an email, in the page address, or in an analytics event.
Who processes it
We keep the address so we can send guides and updates. When Resend is connected, it delivers those messages. The company that hosts the site also processes the request, which can include an IP address in ordinary server logs. We use those logs to keep the form from being flooded. We don't build a marketing profile from them.
How long we keep it
We keep the email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe instructions will be in the messages we send. You can also write to hello@ahemcare.com and ask us to delete the address.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
